Located in the most beautiful part of Malibu, Villa Sancti Di Bella Vista is a Tuscan Estate with private access to Paradise Cove and is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and people watching. Miles of hiking trails are just around the corner. You will feel as if you have been transported to the South of France or Tuscany. This award-winning venue has spectacular ocean views and spacious two acres of formally landscaped gardens and vineyard. Nestled in a private neighborhood, the Villa provides all the natural beauty and seclusion you could want.
Only the Villa’s gardens are made available for weddings and events. There is no access to the interior which is our primary family residence (with the exception of the bridal suite available for brides only).

Ameneties

Villa Sancti Di Bella Vista is a gated Tuscan-style estate surrounded by almost two acres of gorgeous formal gardens, vineyard and orchard that are available to rent for your OUTDOOR event. Our venue fee (which includes the full use of the gardens and a bride’s dressing suite only) is established based on guest count and production. All other vendors are contracted directly and are not part of Villa Sancti Malibu.

We have comprised a list of required vendors for your use who have proven for over a decade to have the highest professional standards that align with ours. Our In-House Wedding Coordinator / Site Representative, Susan Dunne, is always available to review the associated costs related to each vendor to assist you in establishing the total budget for your special day! Susan’s contact information is listed on the vendor page. After you have gathered this information, we are happy to set an appointment for a private estate tour.

Your guests will enjoy stunning ocean and canyon views, including our own estate vineyard, formal gardens, dance pavilion, pergola, gorgeous pool, seven fountains throughout and above all exclusivity and privacy as we only open our estate 4 times a year.

(brides have access to the bridal suite for dressing and access to the restroom throughout the event)
